FAQ

All of my signs are hand cut and hand painted. Imperfections make them unique. They are intentionally distressed with a vintage look. Sizing is approximate (give or take 1/2 inch)

Once you purchase your sign from me, you have taken a spot on my schedule. I stay booked pretty far out. For this reason I do not allow any refunds or cancellations. Returns will not be accepted unless it is due to my fault. Returns accepted due to fault of my own are only for in store credit. Please reach out to me via email if you have any issues with your order.

Turn around time varies based on the item you purchased. Sometime it can be weeks or even months. This may seem like a very long time. I run my small business alone. I cut, prep, paint, pack and ship everything all on my own. Turnover times may vary due to holiday and busy seasons. Time may be extended at anytime. If a sign goes viral, I can receive an overwhelming amount of orders. For this reason I reserve the right to extend turnover times when necessary. NO refunds will be given. Check the description of the product you are purchasing for the turnaround time.

I seal my signs with a clear enamel to help protect the paint. With that being said, my signs are made from pine and other quality woods. They are not going to last a lifetime if left in the rain and sun. Any long term exposure to the weather will age the wood sign and wear away the paint. I recommend they be used under a covered porch, behind a storm door, or inside of course.
